NextGen Vision Meeting following service

Who: Those who are currently serving in any of our NextGen ministries (Children’s and Youth) as well as those who are interested in joining our teams.

What: (1) cast vision for Children’s and Youth ministry, (2) give clarity on roles, responsibilities, and expectations, and (3) establish team culture.
