Nursery (6 weeks – 23 months)

In the nursery, we go beyond childcare and consider it a privilege to love and hold your child. Your child will be cared for by our wonderful Nursery Team who share Jesus through music, play time, and loving interactions.

Preschool (2 years – Kindergarten)

At the preschool age, the morning’s Bible story is brought to life through engaging play, a simple craft, an upbeat song, and both a live & video storytelling experience. It is our hope that your child will learn: God Made Me, God Loves Me, and Jesus Wants To Be My Friend Forever.

Kid’s Church (1st – 5th Grade)

In Kid’s Church we believe that learning can be loud and fun. From pre-activities, to worship and storytelling, we create a dynamic environment for your child to learn who they are in Christ. Before they head off to Student Ministry, we want these three things to stick: I need to make the wise choice, I can trust God no matter what and I should treat others the way I want to be treated.

Check-In:

Sunnyside Kid’s check-in begins 15 minutes prior to service. Parents/guardians should accompany their child to their classroom where they will be greeted by an enthusiastic teacher. After filling out the sign-in sheet, parents will be given a security tag for their child. We’ll use this security tag to page you if we need your assistance during the service. If this is your first time, please fill out a connection card so we can get to know your family better! For the safety of our kids, all of our volunteers are background checked.

Check-Out:

After the service, parents/guardians can return their security tag(s) to the teacher of their child’s classroom to check out their child. Siblings under the age of 18 are asked not to pick up children. We hope your child had a great experience at Sunnyside Kids!
