WATER BAPTISIM
When we make the choice to be water baptized we are saying to God, our families, friends and the world that we will walk in faith, obedience and repentance. When we are baptized in water we invite the Holy Spirit to release new spiritual power in our lives.

Baptism is a sign of faith – Mark 16:15 – 16
(Jesus said) “Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.”
Baptism is a sign of obedience – Matthew 28:19-20
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Three Key Reasons to be Water Baptized:
- Jesus commanded it – Mark 16:16
- Jesus told his disciples to be baptized – Matthew 28:18-19
- Jesus himself was baptized – Matthew 3:13-17
